Guidelines for the National Cybersecurity Label Conformity and Trust Programs (CTA-2126)

This document provides guidance regarding best practice certification program mechanisms for the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark program. While this document draws extensively from the program rules outlined by the FCC in the Cybersecurity Labeling for Internet of Things Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, it also offers recommendations and suggestions that may differ from the final program requirements at launch or as the program evolves. These recommendations are intended to provide guidance and should not be interpreted as official program rules.
