If you are a CTA member and are having trouble accessing the reports in our CTA Store, please try some of the troubleshooting tips below. If you are still having issues, please feel free to reach out to our membership team for assistance and a copy of the free report.
Your member account is the one connected to your business email address. Please note: this might be different from your personal email address, or an account you created to register for CES. You can also try the "Forgot Password" link.
If you were logged in as a non-member before, you may have to logout and then clear your cookies (see below) before logging back in with the correct account.
It can take our system 24-48 hours to recognize your request, so access isn’t always immediate.
There are few reports that aren’t included in annual membership fees, so try another report and see if you can download it for free.
