J. David Grossman serves as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for the Consumer Technology Association (CTA). With nearly two decades of experience in technology policy, he leads CTA’s advocacy on broadband and spectrum policy, cybersecurity, privacy and competition. Prior to CTA, Grossman was Executive Director of the GPS Innovation Alliance, an organization dedicated to protecting, promoting and enhancing the use of the Global Positioning System (GPS). Previously, he served as Chief of Staff to FCC Commissioner Mignon Clyburn, Legislative Director to Congresswoman Anna Eshoo, and Technology Counsel to the U.S. House Small Business Committee.
