CTA adopted an energy policy position describing the range of policies lawmakers should adopt to ensure a smart, diverse, and competitive energy future for the technology industry.
We call on policymakers to enable innovation while ensuring long-term energy security by:

- Modernizing the electric grid
- Embracing an all-of-the-above energy strategy
- Ensuring fair and scalable energy pricing for the future
- Promoting technology as an energy efficiency driver
- Strengthening domestic energy tech supply chains without tariffs
