CTA Launches New Project to Revise CTA-861

CTA’s Audio and Video Systems Committee (R4) has launched a project to develop CTA-861-J, DTV Profile for Uncompressed High Speed Digital Interfaces. This standard establishes the protocols, requirements, and recommendations for the utilization of uncompressed digital interfaces by consumer electronic devices. Specifically, this revision will integrate previous amendments and incorporate the changes and improvements into one comprehensive document.
