The following statement is attributed to David Grossman, Vice President of Policy and Regulatory Affairs, Consumer Technology Association (CTA):

“Selecting a new Lead Administrator puts the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark program on a path to success and supports American consumers and U.S. national security. CTA applauds FCC Chairman Brendan Carr for his commitment to the U.S. Cyber Trust Mark program and empowering consumers with clear information about the security of the connected devices they buy.

After nearly a decade of CTA collaboration with government and industry to shape a cyber labeling program, we look forward to continuing our work with the FCC to bolster U.S. leadership in cybersecurity.”
