CTA Hosts “Digital Health Startup Day”, Announces Strategic Investment In The Future Of Women’s Health
October 15, 2025
The Consumer Technology Association (CTA)® today is hosting top digital health startups at its Innovation House on Capitol Hill, spotlighting transformative technologies shaping the future of healthcare, alongside the Congressional Digital Health Caucus and the GOP Doctors Caucus.
“Startups are the heartbeat of digital health innovation,” said Gary Shapiro, CEO, CTA. “Their bold ideas and rapid innovation cycles are exactly what our healthcare system needs to accelerate a future where technology empowers better health outcomes for everyone.”
At the event, CTA is also announcing its investment in Foreground Capital, a venture firm investing in the future of women’s health, as part of CTA’s Innovation For All Fund.
“Digital health is revolutionizing care, making health care more accessible and personalized,” said Kinsey Fabrizio, President, CTA. “These solutions are driving earlier diagnoses, reducing costs, and saving lives. And when we invest in women’s health, we extend those benefits to entire families and communities.”
Foreground Capital invests in early-stage companies addressing critical and often overlooked health conditions that disproportionately affect women. CTA’s investment will help accelerate the development of technologies that close longstanding gaps in care, research, and innovation.
“Foreground Capital is proud to partner with CTA to fuel the next wave of technology breakthroughs in women’s health,” said Elizabeth Bailey, Managing Partner, Foreground Capital. “Through Innovation For All, CTA is setting a new bar for what true leadership in inclusive innovation looks like."
The Innovation For All Fund invests in venture firms and funds focused on ensuring access and opportunity for all. CTA announced the Innovation For All Fund investment commitment at CES 2019. Since then, CTA has invested in 11 funds.
