Christina Brady

Chief Operating Officer, Consumer Technology Association (CTA)

Christina Brady is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA)®, which represents more than 1300 consumer technology companies and owns and

produces CES® — the most powerful tech event in the world. In this role, Brady provides leadership for CTA’s finance, human resources (HR), legal, information technology (IT) and real estate functions as well as for the CTA Foundation.

Prior to joining CTA in 2024, Brady spent four years as COO for the Insured Retirement Institute (IRI), a DC-based financial services trade association serving America’s insurers, broker/dealers and asset manager firms. There, she oversaw strategy, finance, HR, IT, communications, research and real estate. In this capacity, she excelled at bringing strategy to life, delivering outsized value to customers and building unparalleled workplace culture.

Before pivoting to lead trade associations in 2020, Brady spent 15 years at the Advisory Board Company, a 400-person research organization within Optum and under the banner of UnitedHealth Group (UHG). At Advisory Board, Brady was Chief of Staff to the CEO and Managing Director of People and Business Operations.

Brady proudly serves as a board member for the National Landing Business Improvement District. Previously, she held volunteer leadership positions and board seats for the Coalition for Equity in Wholesaling (2022-2024) and Capital City Church (2021-2022).

Brady holds a BA from The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ. She resides in Arlington, VA with her husband, two children and dog Poe.
