Hippocratic AI Partners with CMS to Advance Safer Digital Healthcare
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is advancing the digital transformation of U.S. healthcare through its Health Tech Ecosystem. Hippocratic AI, a safety focused large language model for healthcare, will play a major role in supporting CMS’s mission to make healthcare more digital, interoperable, and patient centered.
Through the power of Hippocratic AI’s conversational assistants, which will have access to relevant patient-consented data, the CMS Health Tech Ecosystem will provide personalized support to better connect patients with healthcare professionals.

With a proven track record — its GenAI healthcare agents have completed 3.35 million patient calls with an average satisfaction score of 8.95 out of 10 — Hippocratic AI is expanding access, efficiency and quality of care while championing safety-focused AI for patients.
Last month, CTA Health Division members met with leadership of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and CMS to discuss emerging health technology, its impact on chronic disease and how CTA and our members can support the administration’s efforts to advance digital health.

Tombot Prepares Jennie’s Next Chapter with Clinical Studies and CES Reveal
This furry emotional companion is getting an upgrade. Jennie, Tombot’s robotic emotional support companion puppy, recently visited Jim Henson’s Creature Shop for a makeover to appear even more realistic. Tombot plans to unveil Jennie’s new look at CES 2026.
Originally developed for seniors with dementia, Jennie is now reaching a broader audience. After discovering that 71% of customers were purchasing the puppy for other needs — including support for children and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries and cerebral palsy — Tombot launched clinical studies to demonstrate Jennie’s effectiveness in these areas. The goal is to expand Jennie’s impact and help more people.
As a seasoned CES exhibitor, we asked Tom Stevens, CEO of Tombot, if he had advice for first-time CES participants.
Tom Stevens, CEO, TombotIt is critical to define your goals ahead of time. We wanted to attract media attention to build customer awareness, so we attended CES Unveiled — an event where the media can get up close and personal with exhibitors. This event is now an essential part of Tombot’s CES participation plan.

Reimagining Agriculture with Blumind’s Analog AI
Blumind is rethinking how we view AI. By developing an all-analog AI neural network architecture, Blumind’s AMPL™ delivers ultra-low latency and a smaller hardware footprint compared to conventional AI systems that rely on digital-to-analog conversions.
With always-on sensors, Blumind highlights many applications that can benefit from this approach, including smart home integrations like security systems and lighting as well as agriculture.
In its recent application brief, Blumind explores how AMPL™ can support agricultural scenarios like soil moisture and irrigation monitoring, visual produce inspections and livestock management — enabling smarter, more efficient farming.
