Our Internship Program

Our internship program provides students and recent graduates the opportunity for true professional growth and development and to work on interesting and dynamic projects.

We offer internships that cover all aspects of our business, including marketing, communications, human resources, finance, information technology, government affairs, conferences, membership, sales, and many more.

All internships are paid, with most being full-time and including a trip to Las Vegas to attend CES.

To help ensure that our interns develop the best foundation in their chosen discipline, internships last six months to one year.

We strongly prefer to hire from within, so our intern program is our richest pipeline for talent; nearly 20 percent of full time staff started their career with CTA though the intern program.

We offer full-time employees up to $40,000 in a forgivable loan for the purchase of a primary residence in the county of Arlington, VA or within a 10-mile commute of the office.

Summer Hours

Staff start their weekends early on Fridays during the summer with early dismissal at 1 PM.

Employee Health and Wellness Program

We offer an on-site exercise facility, open 24 hours a day with on-site boot camp and yoga classes taught by certified instructors free to staff.

Public and Alternative Transportation Benefits

Full-time staff receive up to $260 per month in public transportation fare or vouchers. Parking is currently provided free of charge for employees who choose to drive.

Broadband Reimbursement

Full-time employees are eligible for reimbursement of up to 50 percent of their home broadband cost.

Student Loan Repayment

CTA offers assistance with repayment of a full-time employee’s student loans by providing $350 per month.


Accessible 24/7/365, provides access to a physician network that is board certified and state licensed to practice medicine for non-emergency healthcare issues via phone and video conference.
