This Treehouse was a passion project of its owner, a CEPro Top100 Integrator, Brian Richards of Precision Media Solutions in Denver, CO. This project was a combination of Brian’s love for lighting and technology, and his childhood dream to, one day, have a real Treehouse. This project was inspired after having stayed at Treehouse Point near Seattle (the crazy Treehouse guy from TV).

This Treehouse is also part of an amazing Riverfront Cabin property surrounded by National Forest just an hour from Denver that the owner uses as a luxury VRBO/Airbnb rental.

The lighting for this Treehouse was years in the planning – many aspects of the construction were designed around what the lighting would eventually be. Brian brought DMF Lighting into the project early from a design standpoint. Given all surfaces are covered in luxurious wood, there hath never been a better canvas for warm-dim fixtures than this one, which gives a warmth to the wood no other fixture could. Flangeless with all the T&G was also a requirement. Environmental Lights was brought in to handle all of the various linear lighting features, and mini-Neon.
