This FarmHouse has been plagued by surge events and power outages since it was built over seven years ago. Miestro was brought in to assess the infrastructure and design a system to mitigate the pain points caused by its rural location and propensity for power outages.

As a Rosewater dealer, Miestro made one phone call after the first discovery meeting with the client and set up a consult with the Rosewater team.

Since Miestro did not build the home we had to spend a lot of time working through the existing infrastructure and even rewired several electrical panels to best suit the final design and maximize the budget

An overhaul of the central lighting system to a Control4 panelized system and integration of Josh.ai were just part of what made this project so much fun.
