The white paper also draws upon CTA’s post purchase behavior research to capture the tech experience and overall purchase lifecycle. Overall, consumers’ journey to purchase and post purchase is similar across these tech product categories; however where we begin to see some differences is in the level of involvement and importance given to the steps along the way.
